A rare gem with pioneer spirit, modern amenities and old world European style

As you cross Crystal Creek and approach the cabin you can't help but feel a sense of anticipation. It appears to be a part of the natural landscape as it nestles under mature trees of oak and pine and is placed amid native rock next to the lively creek. It occupies the perfect spot within our 65 acre conservation property. Foot trails lead to several creeks and waterfalls, through forest and meadow to the Green River which fronts the property.

An open floor plan of the connecting center section contains the kitchen with a large granite topped center island, sunny breakfast nook and dining area with a farm style dining table made of old barn boards. This section also contains the bathrooms. The fixtures and appliances in bathrooms and kitchen were updated in 2017. A washer, dryer and utility sink are conveniently placed in the downstairs bathroom with access to the back deck and the outdoor shower.

The master bedroom cabin has a queen size bed, wood burning fireplace, a small screened in porch with French doors and sounds of the waterfall. The bedroom above has a queen and twin bed with another twin bed tucked low under the eave. In the second original cabin is the living room also with a wood burning fireplace and comfortable furniture to lounge and put up your feet.

Above the living room is the 3 rd bedroom with a full size bed, a twin bed and a walk in closet. All the mattresses are new since 2019. Connecting the two upstairs bedrooms is a sitting area with a TV, pull out couch, chairs and small game table. Our small pond is stocked with blue gill and catfish. You can also fish the Green River. Below the waterfall is a
swimming hole. It is also a great spot to look for crawfish.

There are primitive hiking trails throughout our 65 acre  conserved property, ready to be explored. We are 16 minutes or 9.5 miles from TIEC. Lake Adger with a public marina and Lake Lure with a swimming beach are within easy driving distance as are The Gorge zip line and tubing or white water rafting on the Green River.
