We are a mobile food truck providing seasonal and venue appropriate "STREET EATS" and "SWEET TREATS", serving communities and causes in WNC.
We are originally from New Orleans, and located to Saluda, NC in 2015. We decided to take our passion to the Streets, i.e. offer good food, Snow Balls, and support our community. Our business is named after our four-legged family member, Dixie Belle. Our first partnership is with a local eatery favorite, Crust and Kettle, in Saluda, which is where our commissary is located. We also support our local "Community Kitchen" in Tryon, which is Polk county's first mission-driven incubator kitchen and teaching center. Our July fundraiser will support the Battle Buddies Foundation, helping Veterans with PTSD. Read More Below
