Skip the hotel hassle and enjoy your stay in this completely remodeled home just steps from the heart of downtown Tryon, NC. Eat out or cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ on the grill out back. Stay in touch with high speed wifi or put your feet up and catch up with your favorite shows on Netflix.
You will have the whole house and property to yourself. This was an old office so there is plenty of parking. There is room for an empty horse trailer but the bottom off the driveway starts off steep so please use your own judgement.
We have a small deck and shade out back with a small table and chairs but there isn’t a real yard yet.
There is a fenced community playground next door if you have little ones.
We have a large family and love meeting people, new experiences and sharing ideas. My wife and I have been in the area for many years and are always happy to help out if we can. Just let us know how we can help.
We also have gathered a book of things to do in the area if you want to just go it alone.
No need to drive: Food, Pizza, grill, and more. Shops. Bar. Distillery. Movie theater with beer in the balcony. Beer and wine boutique. Art galleries and gift shops.
Tryon plays host the Tryon International Film Festival in October and the Tryon Beer Fest in November both of these events are just steps away.
Five minute or less drive: Food, Mexican, home style, and more. IGA grocery store, dollar store. Antiques shops times 8.
10-20 minute drive: Larger grocery stores, fast food, auto parts store, and wineries. We are 15 miles to Tryon International Equestrian Center, and only 5 miles to FENCE.
A 50 minute drive to Asheville NC, 30 minutes to Greenville or Spartanburg SC. Enjoy a day at Biltmore House, drive the Blue Ridge Parkway, or explore many local waterfalls, sliding rock, kayak, Dupont or Joyce Kilmer forests. In Fall, enjoy the leaves as they change all around Western North Carolina.
If brewery tours are your thing. Get ready for a long day of fun, food, and good beer, we encourage a designated driver, be safe. There are dozens of “great” small breweries in our area and the three bigger must see, are Oskar Blues(Dale’s Pale Ale) in Brevard NC, Serra Nevada behind Asheville Airport, and New Belgium(Fat Tire) in the River Arts District of Asheville.
