This Property is Pet Friendly!
-You must notify Jeff and Gina Properties in advance if you will be bringing a dog and include the Pet Fee in your reservation. Please also include breed and weight.
-1 dog under 70 pounds is allowed
-Pet fee is a minimum $150 fee or $150 per week or $300 per month, whichever is less.
-Puppies under 9 months are not allowed.
-Dogs breeds that are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English -Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls (any mix), Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

The Mill Spring’s community of Bright’s Creek Reserve is tucked in the foothills of western North Carolina & surrounded by striking mountain views. The world premier Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) is just 25 minutes away and showcases some of the top riders from around the globe. About a 25-minute drive will also get you to picturesque, highly acclaimed Lake Lure with its Flowering Bridge & plethora of watersports, and another few minutes’ drive will land you in Chimney Rock Village with quaint souvenir shopping, mining for gems, & dining along the Riverwalk. Look for something more adventurous? Climb Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park! Asheville Regional Airport is conveniently situated about 50 minutes away and Asheville itself with its historic downtown, fabulous restaurants & breweries, and majestic Biltmore Estate is a little over an hour away. Or how about shopping in close by quintessential small towns like Tryon, Landrum, SC, or Hendersonville.
