We are very happy to invite you for premier of our signature red wine, Russian Chapel Hills Winery “Cabernet Sauvignon 2015”.
This estate Cabernet was aged 2 years in French oak barrels before being bottled.
Elegant and light bodied, bursting with bright red fruits; cranberries, tart cherries, with just a touch of spice box on the finish. A beautiful and pristine representation of North Carolina Cabernet Sauvignon.
*We will be releasing this wine paired with whole roasted Lamb prepared on a spit over an open fire!
All of our current wines will be available for tasting and purchase.
Live music, the opportunity to meet with the wine maker and have you bottle autographed, as well as a drawing for dinner for two.
