Copper & Textured Bronze Welding Workshop (2-Day)

This is a two day workshop:
Friday, March 17 from 1pm-5pm
Saturday,March 18 from 9am-2pm
Metal artist Joe Cooper will be holding his workshop for beginners or intermediate students who have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Students will learn basic skills while using copper sheet, copper tubing, and copper wire with a torch welding method to make art and craft objects. Specifically each student will make at least one candleholder or wine coaster using the illustrated techniques.
Students should bring safety glasses, leather utility gloves, and hearing protection (if desired).
Materials fee – $30 payable to the instructor at the time of the workshop
