Fall Wine Dinner

We welcome you to our Fall Wine Pairing Dinner hosted by The Saluda Inn and Featuring Chef Michael Sibert and Chef Michelle Hernandez from White Wine & Butter…dinner will include a 5 course meal paired with complementing wines presented by Courtney Ondrais with Tryon Distributing with each course.

The event will be held in the Wine Cellar at The Saluda Inn Friday September 22, 2023 from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm.  Please call The Saluda Inn to book your tickets at 828-388-9027

Tickets are $175 per person with a 2 night stay booked at The Saluda Inn and $195 per person for all other guests.



Welcome Course – Upon Arrival enjoy a Pear and Butternut Squash Crostini paired with Bailly Lapierre, Cremant de Bourgogne Reserve (NV)

1st Course  – Grilled Peaches with Prosciutto, Manchego and Spiced Honey paired with Tommasi, Lugana Le Fornaci

2nd Course – Wild Mushroom Walnut Agnolotti with White Wine & Butter Sauce paired with Domaine Pascal & Mireille Renaud, Pouilly-Fuisse Vieilles Vignes (2021)

3rd Course – Fondant Leaf Sweet Potato with Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin paired with King Estate Inscription Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley OR

4th Course – Spiced Lamb Lolli with Aleppo Pepper Stone Ground Grits and Shishito Peppers paired with Marietta Cellars, Family Series Christo Estate Grown North Coast (2019)

5th Course – Chocolate Silk with Blackberry Compote and Spiced Brownie Crisp paired with Santi Solane Valpolicella Ripasso, Veneto Italy
