Russell Woods is starting a new children’s Trinity self-defense class. It will be the second and fourth Sunday of each month at 2 p.m. starting May 12th. Cost is $10 per class or $5 if you join the Adawehi circuit training program. Most of the kids will be in the six to eight year old range, but you can contact me about different ages. The Trinity program that I developed teaches self-defense through three simple shapes and prepares kids to feel safe and powerful in their lives.
