During this workshop students learn many needle felting techniques and the possibilities of wool through doll and creature making. Participants will walk away from the class with many ideas for future work and a thorough understanding of how to manipulate wool. Making dolls is a great starting point to lean to make armatures, attach pieces, finish surfaces, and much more. Doll making is a great platform to dial in on detail and these tips can be applied to making any 3D form. Open to all skill levels.
Students will need wool roving of desired colors, felting pad and felting needles. Instructor may be able to provide for a fee.
