Back by popular demand – our Paired at #TryonResort series will return on January 25th! This first delectable dining experience will feature a local favorite, Overmountain Vineyards and Winery. ???? Enjoy a 5 course meal paired with specific wines that compliment each dish for only $75 per person.

1st Course:
Baked Brie EnCroute, served with a blueberry sauce and toast points. Paired with OMV Chardonnay.

2nd Course:
Poached Pear Salad, pears poached in OMV Rose served on mixed greens tossed in a lemon dressing, raspberries, blackberries, heirloom tomatoes. Paired with OMV Rose.

3rd Course:
Grilled Sirloin topped with bourbon honey glaze and fried onion garnish. Served with roast garlic mashed potato. Paired with OMV Red Table Wine.

4th Course:
Roasted Pork Tenderloin topped with a blueberry demi sauce, served over a sweet potato mash. Paired with OMV Petit Verdot.

5th Course:
Butter Cake topped with caramel and Chantilly cream. Paired with OMV Dry Muscadine.
