Polk County Public Libraries will host the second annual Saluda Ghost Walk on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Two walks will be led that evening, touring from Saluda Library to the local cemetery. The first (less scary and appropriate for younger audience members) will depart from Saluda Library at 5:30pm, and the second walk will depart at 7:00pm. Along the way, audience members will enjoy frightening tales told by George Lunsford, author of “Legends, Myths, Monsters, and Ghosts,” and Saluda local Scott Kinard. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a flashlight, as the route is approximately one mile in length.
