Sushi & Sake Pairing at Blue Ginger Sushi

Calling all Sushi lovers! 🍣 On Sunday, December 9th, Chef James will prepare a gourmet 5 course sushi and sake dinner! For just $69/person, check out the incredible menu here: ⬇️

Course 1:
Tuna and Crab Wonton
A deep fried flour tortilla with crab salad on top, and chopped tuna with chili oil, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and chopped ginger mixed together on the other tortilla. Sauces will be a teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo.

Course 2:
BFR (Big Fricken Roll)
Salmon, tuna, white tuna, seaweed salad, tempura crunch, cucumber, and avocado inside; topped w/ crab salad and 4 different colors of fish roe.
Sauces will be sweet chili sauce, garlic mayo, and eel sauce.

Course 3:
Udon Curry
Udon with a Japanese Curry paste topped with shredded carrots, onions, scallions, and garnished with kaiware.

Course 4:
Salmon Teriyaki
Grilled Salmon over a bed of rice w/ assorted vegetables.

Course 5:
Fruit Sushi
Thinly sliced fruit such as strawberries, kiwis, bananas over sushi rice consisted of sweeten condensed milk, coconut, and
sesame seeds.
