Enjoy worldly Holiday cuisine paired with our favorite Mountain Brook wines.
Join us Saturday, December 3 for a fantastic celebration of Christmas food and wine from around the world. We have chosen some of our favorite wine regions to showcase meals that are typical for the holiday season along with their wine pairings. Chef Graham will be back executing a tasty and perfect menu for the celebration:

Spain (Cataluna)
Sopa de Galetes
Brothy soup with large snail shaped pasta filled with meatballs (pilota), and vegetables paired with Cava

Italy (Campania)
Risotto alla Pescatoria
Seafood Risotto paired with Fallanghina TBA
Course 3
USA/ Puerto Rico
Honey Baked with jams served over Puerto Rican Arroz Guisado (Creole Yellow Rice) paired with Mountain Brook Merlot
Course 4
France
Duck Confit served with crispy leaks over a rich red Beaujolais sauce paired with Brouilly (Beaujolais)
