To honor Charlie, once again, the free meal of barbecue, beans, slaw, drinks, and desserts will be served to the sound of Mountain Roots Band with Jeff Hayes who, by the way, will perform on the Ella Grace Mintz Stage at the Top of The Grade park. Be sure to bring a chair to sit in the park and enjoy the music after eating your barbecue.

Generous donations in the past have allowed everyone to be invited to the Pig Out at no charge.  Your help is still needed!  If you would like to contribute, please make your check payable to Saluda Pig Out and take it to Entegra Bank at 108 Main Street in Saluda or mail it to Saluda Pig Out, P. O. Box 265, Saluda NC 28773.  You may also make a donation as you enjoy your meal at the Pig Out!
