The Isothermal Culinary Arts program will host a two-part gingerbread house making class from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4, and Thursday, Dec. 6. The instructor will be Pastry Chef Amanda Jones. Attendees will learn tips and tricks from a professional pastry chef on making a great gingerbread house from scratch, complete with all of the festive decorations, organizers said.
