Join Chef Michaila for an evening of playing in gluten free flour. Learn how to make authentic cannoli dough, roll it out using a professional dough sheeter and form the shells. Watch them take shape and form as they are fried to perfection. While the shells cool, mix multiple Italian fillings.

All ingredients, tools, recipes, aprons, and instructions are included. All guests must be over 18 due to using many different commercial types of equipment and tools. A welcome beverage is included in your ticket price. Additional beverages are available for purchase.♦
