Prepare three meals with Chef Michaila in their commercial kitchen. You will prepare all three meals from scratch, learn about different cooking techniques, nutritional information, seasonings, cooking methods, and cost saving measures when food purchasing. Sample in class and go home with two completed portions of each meal entree.
