Children’s Toys from the 1700’s at Polk Co. History Museum

A presentation will be given on the toys and activities that children played with during the 1700’s. The history of toys and games like Jacob’s Ladder, Hornbook, Jack Straws, and more will be discussed. Other toys commonly used include Jacks, marbles, and various types of dolls.Participants will be able to play with these games and toys.
