Forest Bathing at Fence

October 10 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Free

This free forest bathing retreat series invites us to remember the natural rhythms of the Earth. Register Here!

We’ll quiet our minds, awaken our senses, and witness what’s unfolding around and within as we attune to the wisdom of each season.
Certified guide, Kelly Bruce, will hold sacred space and lead you on a gentle journey through four seasons, weaving mindfulness, breathwork, forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) and nature therapy together for a restorative experience. Together, we’ll explore, reflect, and strengthen our relationship with ourselves, each other, and the more-than-human-world. We’ll celebrate each season in community with a wild-foraged tea ceremony.

To heighten our attention and awareness of the medicine of each season.
To bear witness to the wisdom that surrounds us and resides within.
To deepen our relationship with nature, our community, and ourselves.
To remember that we are not separate from nature, we are nature.
Bring an open mind, an open heart, and let Mother Earth be your guide. All are welcome.

Autumn: Saturday, October 10, 2-5pm
Winter: Saturday, February13, 2-5pm
These intimate gatherings are limited to 15 attendees.

Advance registration required. If you register and cannot attend, kindly cancel your reservation so we can open that space back up to the waitlist.
