Each immaculate room is beautifully decorated and features a queen bed, a sitting area, fine linens and a lovely wooded view. The rooms share a comfortable living room perfect for lounging, reading a book, or watching a DVD. The bed-and-breakfast style rooms are located on the private third floor of one of our community homes – an exquisitely decorated home nestled in a mature forest. A continental breakfast of a gluten-free muffin or fruit scone and coffee or tea is included. You can take advantage of prepared, healthy foods from Beneficial Foods, the organic grocery store located nearby on the campus.

While you’re with us, you can schedule appointments with our healing practitioners (massage, chiropractic, foot reflexology, color and sound acupressure, colon hydrotherapy, astrology and music therapy for children), and attend our yoga and tai chi classes. Or you can simply spend time relaxing and enjoying the nature and ambiance of the wooded property and walking trails, where you’ll find a balance of natural and manicured gardens showing the diversity of nature. Visit our web site, then contact us for booking information.

The Adawehi Wellness Village is a short 10 minute drive from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

The Labyrinth: Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation, and prayer. Entering the serpentine path of a labyrinth, you walk slowly while quieting your mind and focusing on a spiritual question or prayer.
