Stop in the Historic Thompson’s Store, the “oldest grocery store in North Carolina.” For a fun day trip or an evening out, check out shows at the Flat Rock Playhouse, just 28 minutes away, or take nearby I-26 to Asheville where popular attractions such as the Biltmore Estate (51 min), nightlife, gorgeous architecture, and numerous delicious restaurants and breweries await your discovery. Adventure of a Lifetime is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
• Note that GPS is incorrect for this address, and will take you to the wrong location. Please read over (and print!) our written driving directions before departing on your trip and let us know if you have any questions.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
