- Tuesday and Thursday are ‘deli days,’ where the chefs cook all morning and at lunchtime, deliver a variety of ready-to-eat foods to the cooler for purchase – delicious meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, fresh and healthy vegetable side dishes, vegetarian sandwiches, and more (if you’re lucky, there’s a dessert too)!
