After turning in the drive for the Green Creek Shipyard 2.0, you’ll be transported to your own private retreat. We have created many many amazing amenities for you to enjoy. Park on the level gravel parking area and enter your own little world created just for you 🙂

Once you enter the Container through the front door you will immediately be in the living room.
Featuring a pull out sofa that can be used as another bed for 2 people (Full Size).

We built a Waterfall!! We wanted to create the Ultimate relaxing getaway space and this waterfall feature adds the perfect tranquil sound to this remote getaway.

Built by the 3 Schlabach siblings – Landon, Heather, and Reece: a lot of creative design, hours of work, and plenty of healthy debating went into this project! We feel like the outcome is something incredibly special and we hope you love it as much as we do!

| Other Things to Note |
While we are excited for you to enjoy your time at the container, please remember that a lot of time and effort went into this special project. Please treat the space with respect.
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
**Specific amenities we are providing to get you started:
– Linens for each Bed
– Towels and Washcloths
– Roll of Paper Towels
– Bottle of Dish Soap
– 2 Trash Bags
– Coffee
– 2 Rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
– Bath essentials – Body soap, shampoo and conditioner
*But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need*
