This space is in the lower level of our home. Your private entrance is on the backside of the house. Outdoor stairs will take you to lower level. We are a 5 minute drive to downtown Tryon. The neighborhood is quiet and has a calming effect. You will be surrounded by nature. We are about 45 minutes to Greenville; 30 minutes to Hendersonville and 1 hour to Asheville. Attractions in the area include several vineyards; Tryon International Equestrian Center; FENCE & Harmon Field to name a few.

It’s spacious with lots of room. Close to downtown Tryon at a reasonable price makes it an ideal stay for someone on a budget. Coffee & tea are included. Mats to do yoga. TV that you can sign into your Hulu or Netflix account. Guests have their own bathroom. Hosts might need to access bathroom if your stay is longer then one week since that also has laundry machines in it. We will coordinate using it around guests schedule.
NO SMOKING IN SPACE. We follow all CDC COVID -19 guidelines for cleaning. NOTE: Airbnb has us in Countryside/ lake category but we ARE NOT on a lake.
Guests can access any space outside on our property. The lower level is where guests stay.
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Four guests total.
There is one queen size and one full size bed. No laundry use unless approved by Julie or Jeff. The Kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, toaster and electric skillet. Coffee & Tea provided. Level 2 Electric Vehicle charging station 5 minutes away in downtown Tryon.
