The Little Camp Bungalow is a small 1950's house that has been completely renovated. The space has two bedrooms, one new full bath, a new kitchen, dining area, and living area. The windows are large and the house is always filled with light. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, The Tryon Fine Arts Center, The Tryon Theatre, and all that downtown has to offer. There is off-street private parking for at least two guest cars. There is a patio and new gas grill for guests to use as well. Our acre and a half property is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything.
Next door to the Bungalow is the larger Little Camp Cottage. This house has four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, and two living areas (one up and one down). The two houses can be rented together or separately (see separate Little Camp Cottage listing). There is plenty of parking for two guest cars per house.
