In addition to a large commercial-style eat-in kitchen, a large dining and living room area with a large screened porch, a cozy den area with a television and wood-burning fireplace, and a laundry room, the main floor has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a private full bath (toilet/tub/shower), a walk-in closet and small screened porch; a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, a private full bath (toilet/tub/shower), a walk-in closet and small screened porch; a large office with 2 twin day beds and a screened porch (separate and with curtains, no doors but it is not a walk-through space so it does offer privacy) next to a half bath.
The second floor includes a very large master bedroom with a king bed, a futon sofa w/feather bedding for extra comfort, 2 bathrooms (one with a jetted tub and toilet the other with a shower and toilet) a screened porch and 2 walk-in closets and a stacking washer dryer; another very large bedroom with 2 full size beds, a walk-in closet; a large full bathroom (toilet/tub/shower) and the room’s high ceilings accommodate a loft that has another twin bed. The house has 5 televisions (none in the office area and none in the actual loft within the second floor bedroom however the both second floor bedrooms have TV). With two laundry areas, an office, 5 screened porches and an unscreened porch with gas grill, 5 and a half bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people (inclusive of futon but not including the 2 sofas), this flexible space can comfortably accommodate large groups.
The outdoor spaces are hard to beat in this modern mecca. Multiple screen porches afford spectacular views and a chance to get up close and personal with wildlife.
