A trailhead across the street provides access to 13 miles of hiking trails. The community’s low traffic roads are great for walking and biking.

Although this property does not include access to Lake Adger, you are welcome to bring your boat, kayaks, and standup paddle boards to the public marina which is located only 5.5 miles away. Please note the following boating restrictions on Lake Adger:
– 80hp limit for pontoon boats
– 60hp limit for all other boat types
– no jet skis or water skiing allowed
