Treat yourself to a bit of unexpected luxury in this exceptional 3,000 sq ft barn apartment located on a 20 acre working equestrian facility just 11 minutes from TIEC.
This spacious apartment sleeps up to 9 and includes three large bedrooms w queen beds. The superb master suite includes an additional sitting area with a convertible daybed, while the huge spa like master bath offers a separate lounging area, a claw foot soaking tub, your own private steam shower, dual pedestal sinks, separate commode area and a large walk-in closet.
As if this wasn’t enough the suite also has a stair master for your cardio workout while you are enjoying your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. French doors exit the master to the large deck overlooking the farm and training facilities.
A set of outside stairs provide a second private entrance to the apartment. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both tastefully decorated and each includes a comfortable queen bed with top quality linens, an ample sized closet, a flat screen TV and gorgeous views of the farm and horse paddocks. The large second full bath (shared by bedrooms 2 & 3) includes dual vanity sinks, a Jacuzzi garden tub, a separate shower and also houses the washer and dryer which are discretely hidden behind closet doors.
The open kitchen, dining and living areas with high windows and soaring ceilings provide more than ample space for all of our guests to spread out an get comfortable. The large couch provides an additional sleeping space and you can blow up the extra air mattress should you still need more room. The kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas stove is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare any meal. The bar area provides seating for three and the large dining room table seats 8 comfortably.
The living room offers comfortable seating for a small crowd and also includes an office area with WiFi just in case you need to stay caught up with work during your visit. Pets are considered only with the owner’s permission.
Great shopping, unique entertainment, good restaurants, well stocked grocery stores, a CVS pharmacy, a Verizon store, a real hardware store, and The Farm House – possibly the best tack shop you have ever walked into are all close by. Occasionally stalls and turnout paddocks may also be available so please inquire if interested.
