Green River Highlands is a gated neighborhood that features a park along the Green River with a playground and picnic area. Cool off in the beautiful Green River, or drop in a line for some fishing.
This spacious studio apartment has an open floor plan and is located on the walk-out lower level of a beautiful log cabin. Queen bed, full bath, workspace with beautiful corner desk. Ottoman unfolds to twin sleeper with memory foam mattress. Linens and towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea pot and oven. Seating for four in main living area. Flat screen TV, DVD player, Wifi, washer/dryer, gas logs, central heating/air are all included.
Patio seating located on the deck of sparkling pool for your enjoyment. The pool is shared with the upstairs occupant, please be considerate of others. Swimming pool and fireplace are seasonal. Swimming pool is closed, winterized and covered 10/1-4/30. Swimming season is 5/1-9/30. Outside firepit and charcoal grill are available year round.
