You have approximately 1100 sq ft on the lower level of indoor living space that has 9-foot ceilings with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, a Full Kitchen, and a Living room and approximately 550 sq ft of outdoor living space (deck) to enjoy the view of the lake. Access to the dock via the stairs and path.

Parking is available on-site next to the stairs leading down to your front door. There is room for 2 vehicles there and an additional parking pad on the hill near the stairs.
The driveway is steep as we are in the mountains and on the lake. The first section of the driveway is gravel the rest is concrete.
All linens are cleaned and sanitized with Aquapure technology without the use of chemicals. Allergy Free. The apartment is also sanitized with the Vollara Clean Air Machine between guests. The entire 2 Bedroom Space is private. There are separate stairs leading down to your front door and additional stairs on the other end of the deck and a path down to the dock.

Please note in House Rules that the property is not suited for infants and children under 12. The host is allergic to smoke, so not suited to active smokers. Smoking elsewhere and then being in the space does not work because the host does the cleaning and the smoke odor causes severe allergies. Quiet time starts at 10 pm… just bring down the volume of voice, tv, etc.
