Through the Charters of Freedom project, replicas of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights have become a permanent centerpiece of Veteran’s Park. The charters honor and memorialize the three most significant documents that helped launch a fledgling nation in the 18th century. The document replicas are framed in brick enclosures with glass covers, made to endure for a long time.
