The 11th annual Tryon International Film Festival will be held October 9-12, 2025 in Tryon, NC.

The institute is a gathering of filmmakers and film students from around the world sharing their experience and passion with future filmmakers in panels, discussion groups, lectures and workshops. Friday Evening Gala: Kick off the festival with an elegant gala at The Fitzgerald and then a screening at the Tryon Theatre of “For Every Breath” and “A Song for Imogene” by Honey Head Films, an all female production company from Wilmington, NC.

World Premiere: “Christmas in Mistletoe” shot right here in Tryon featuring local businesses and talent with a primary locally based cast and crew – a holiday movie you’ll want to see year after year.
