From 9 – 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 2 Holistic Herbalist, Julie Douglas from Wildkrafted Kitchen will host a small group discussion on the 3 things most of us need more of in our busy lives; good sleep, stress relief, and immune health. Bring your questions, and Julie will share with you how to focus on your bodies innate ability to thrive, heal and adapt with her sustainably wildcrafted, organic, herbal creations.
