Start your day connected to your breath, your body, and the nature all around you.
This gentle, accessible yoga class meets under the newly built Kirby Education Pavilion.
The first hour is a slow, mindful flow suited to all levels, followed by a 15-minute walking meditation along the trail.
When we slow down long enough to listen, we can hear what the forest has to tell us. Come as you are, no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to be present.
8-9:00 AM Gentle Flow : 9-9:15 AM Walking Meditation
*Please bring your own mat.
About your teacher…
Yoga Teacher with over ten years of devoted practice, Rhea comes to teaching with a depth of experience and a deep reverence for yoga’s capacity to reconnect us to ourselves. Her approach is simple and grounded: slow down, feel your body, and trust what you find there.
An avid gardener and lover of the Blue Ridge forests, Rhea finds her greatest teachers in the natural world — in cycles, seasons, and the wisdom of growing things. That same attentiveness infuses her teaching, where presence is the practice and every student is met exactly where they are.
