Guided Morning Birding Hike at Pearson Falls

July 14, 2027 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am

$25

Pearson’s Falls and Glen has long been a destination for birders, and once you are here, it is easy to understand why. Designated as a North Carolina Birding Trail Site, the Glen’s rich cove forest provides layered, sheltered habitat for an extraordinary variety of resident and migrating bird species.

Join Andy Ruff, Director of Operations and a knowledgeable steward of the preserve, for an intimate morning walk focused on the birds that call Pearson’s Glen home and those passing through on their seasonal journeys.

Whether you are an experienced birder or simply want to slow down, listen, and experience the Glen from a fresh perspective, this small-group hike offers an approachable way to explore the preserve’s birdlife.
