Holy Cannoli Baking Class at Huckleberrys on Thursday, September 12, 6:30-9pm and Friday, September 20, 6:30-9pm

Join Chef Michaila for an evening of playing in flour. Learn how to make authentic cannoli dough, roll it out using a professional dough sheeter and form your shells. Watch them take shape and form as they fry to golden perfection. While the shells cool, mix multiple Italian fillings, then finish the night off learning different ways and tricks to fill the shells.

All ingredients, tools, recipes, aprons, and instructions are included. This is a very interactive class, using many different commercial types of equipment and tools, so all guests must be over 18.
