Movie Screening of “A River Runs Through It” at Iron Key Brewing

Friday, October 10, 6pm, Iron Key Brewing, movie screening of “A River Runs Through It” to benefit MountainTrue’s Green Riverkeeper Program.

Directed by Robert Redford and starring Brad Pitt, Tom Skerritt and Craig Sheffer, this 1992 movie is “a memoir of two very different brothers – one reserved, the other a hell-raiser – angling for the attention of their preacher father, who uses fly-fishing as a metaphor to teach his Cain and Abel offspring about life in early 20th century Montana.”

Get your tickets for a night of movie fun under the beautiful starry sky at Iron Key Brewing in Columbus, NC. The proceeds from the screening will benefit MountainTrue’s Green Riverkeeper Program. Tickets are $10 per person and are available online at: https://mountaintrue.org/event.

Doors open at 6pm so come early to snag your spot. Bring a blanket or chair and order take-out and enjoy your food picnic style on the lawn.
