Hearth & Anvil: An Open-Flame Evening with John Wilson

Enjoy an unforgettable outdoor experience and immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Western North Carolina and Appalachian open-flame cooking. Long tables with rustic linens set the stage for a communal feast. There will be a curated menu of locally sourced fare by renowned chef john Wilson. John will demonstrate open flame methods on TACS’ custom designed grill fabricated in the forge and welding studios exclusively for this event.

Upon arrival, patrons will savor a delightful half-hour social affair featuring delectable bites. Following this, they will indulge in an exquisitely plated dining experience, thoughtfully complemented by the expertly curated wine pairings suggested by the sponsor, Biltmore Winery.
