This workshop is for beginners or intermediate students who have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Students will learn basic skills while using copper sheet, copper tubing, and copper wire with a torch welding method to make art and craft objects. Specifically each student will make at least one candleholder or wine coaster using the illustrated technique.♦
Students should bring safety glasses, leather utility gloves, and hearing protection (if desired).
Materials fee – $20 payable to the instructor at the time of the workshop
