Grandma G’s Sourdough Bread Class at Saluda Senior Center

Tim Scott has perfected his Grandma Gladys’ recipe and so has named the class in her honor. Join Tim Scott on Saturday, September 7 at the Saluda Senior Center from 12-2:30pm. Preregister for the class by emailing gladyssourdough@gmail.com or calling 734-516-7950 by Friday, September 6, 5pm. Cost is $65 per person or two people for $75 and include all ingredients. There is also a “Lunch Only” option for those that want to enjoy lunch and watch for $35. Come hungry and bring your favorite beverage for this fun-filled-hands-on class. Students will learn how to prepare and maintain sourdough starter, make bread from scratch and learn the techniques needed for the perfect loaf.
