The leaves surprised us with a brilliant show of color through the elevations last weekend – what a remarkable sight! The rain has knocked leaves off some of the trees that got an early start, but the mountains are still covered with a beautiful mix of fall color with some green leaves still mixed in. These colors will continue in the lower elevations for a couple of weeks. (The photo above was taken at Sunset Rock 10/27/22).
